In this chapter, Ashley Locke finds himself in a familiar dreamscape -- an endless expanse of endless darknes... But tonight, the dream takes a turn as the darkness ravages the helpless occultist, remaking his body to its liking as it does so.

When he wakes the next day, he finds a strange book which brings him even closer to this strange, otherworldly "lover"...
