Emails are personalized and tailored to each recipient's tastes and hobbies (Harper, 2022). With the help of information like a receiver's name, location, previous purchases, and viewing habits, customized emails can be made that are more interesting and relevant for the recipient.
A/B Testing:
Two versions of an email are sent to various subsets of an email list in an effort to see which version works better (Harper, 2022). This method is test elements of emails in order to determine which email subject line, call to action, images, and what content produces the highest open and click on link rates. Email marketers can increase the efficacy of their email marketing by using A/B testing to make data-driven choices.
