Moving engines, what's next?

Hello!

Seeing as I have a few subscribers now I figured it would be nice to let people know (in case these subs are from the other fandom),

The development of "ProjectTEA" will be shifting to a new engine, specifically Godot 4.0  .

I came to this decision both from a mix of frustration with dealing with the existing RPGM offerings, and after my own use of the Godot engine in which I learned just how powerful it really was out of the box.

I also need to state that I was partially influenced by some very helpful voice in the RPGM community who saw that the engine might not have been right for me, and helped guide me to the best one!

In the coming weeks expect to see devLogs tick UP, as with the new workflow I was able to already recreate a significant portion of my existing project in Godot!

Screenshots/gameplay footage will be forthcoming in the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

I appreciate the support from anyone who has subscribed or messaged me in the other forums, you really helped motivate me this past month and you need to be thanked <3 Thank you

P.S. If you care enough, Please follow my page for updates!

I've gotten more response in views on this platform with these past few posts than I have in 10 years of on-off development, but I've gained less followers than the worst period I ever had on my crappiest no-effort Youtube :(

I would appreciate some follows, since it means I will stand out in the Itch algorithm.

Love yah,

-Kyle C, ProjectTEA
