Reworking Combat

BIND’s combat is worse than it needs to be, and once I found a better system, I couldn’t unsee it.

Luckily, a lot of the game is programmed, so once the new combat system’s complete, I can just change the program, and all of the NPC statblocks will be fixed automatically.

The new combat’s still in the works, but will feature a single dice-roll to represent an attack, dodge, and counterattack. Basically, resolution will have fewer steps, but without removing any ability to represent things, i.e. parsimony maximization.
