About the Bundle

Take This, Inc. and the IGDA Foundation are teaming up to bring you the Indie Allies for Impact Itch.io bundle! This special collection celebrates the creativity and generosity of indie developers who believe in a healthier, more inclusive games industry. Every contribution supports the mental health and professional growth of the people who make games—and the communities who love them. All proceeds from the bundle will directly benefit Take This and the IGDA Foundation, helping fund mental health resources, mentorship programs, and opportunities for indie developers around the world.

Organizations

At Take This, we focus on advocating for and supporting the mental health of everyone who creates and plays games. We accomplish this mission in a variety of ways, including AFK Quiet Rooms at conventions staffed with mental health clinicians, a mentorship program for those working at the intersection of games and mental health, and workshops and trainings for game developers focused on the mental health of their teams.

The IGDA Foundation’s mission is to make the games industry more inclusive and accessible through mentorship, scholarships, and leadership development. By purchasing this bundle, you’re directly helping fund those opportunities and empowering creators who are often left out of the conversation.

What will funds raised from this bundle be used for?

• All proceeds from the Indie Allies for Impact bundle will be split evenly between Take This and the IGDA Foundation.

What’s in the bundle?

• A mix of indie games donated by generous developers and studios. A full list of the bundle contents can be found here. (link to spreadsheet if possible)

How much does the bundle cost?

• The bundle will be available for a minimum contribution of $12, with the option to pay more if you’d like to increase your impact. Everything raised goes directly to the two organizations.

What else can I do?

• Spread the word - help promote the bundle by sharing the link on your social media! 
• Play and share - talk about your favorite games from the bundle on social media and streams to help amplify the cause. 
• Give more if you can - you can always pay above the minimum price when purchasing the bundle; every extra dollar helps Take This and the IGDA Foundation reach more developers and expand their impact.
