I really like how you handled the 2d to 3d transitions! The consistency in the visuals between the 2d pixel art and the 3d model made the transition feel so seamless and magical! I loved the aesthetics and it has a simple but fun gameplay loop. If you decide to expand on this I would suggest increasing movement speed or adding a sprint button. I really enjoyed playing it, good job!
A very "Sweet" game with a relaxed style and neat concept. I spend the entire first day of wondering when the inspector was going to show up only to find that he comes out at the end of the day. I would however, kill for a sprint button to try and sneak out some last minute baked goods. Good Job!
Great job on this, Really nice transition from 2D to 3D, I wasn't a huge fan of Overcooked, although similar this isn't anywhere near as stressful and is a bunch more fun!
Considering the solo development and the time, you did a great job here. Had a lot of fun delivering desserts across dimensions, that I should say, I liked how smooth the transition between both dimensions is. The simple mechanics help to grasp the game in no time.
Now for my observations: Nothing that harms the player experience, although I felt the character speed a bit slow and some SFX were missing in the 3D world. There was also a 2D object in the 3D world (the stove clock), idk if it was on purpose so I'll just point it out.
As a suggestion for the future, for an "endless" run, you could use a strike system and a faster pace. Also, switching the UI from 2D to 3D when dimensions change could be a nice touch, although not needed.
Great and simple game, game mechanics seemed solid (I liked the transition between 2 and 3d).
Good job! :)
The game looks nice, maybe more interior or decoration in the shop would be nice. Wish I could use the coin for something. As some have said before, some sfx for the oven and picking up item would be good. The mechanic is easy to understand.
Overall, good game.
Is there an ending to this game? I played for 6 days, I go on for 5 days making sure not to be caught and purposely let myself stay longer in the 3D world on day 6 and I was only fined and with warning of higher fine for next offense.
Some feedback sfx for the oven when the baking is done, when the player takes the ingredient and taking the item from the oven would be good. Moving faster would be a plus too. Or maybe lock it under ability where player can buy with the coins earned.
All in all, nice work!
very fun idea!! I wish the inspector fee was a little bit less as I was already in the hole after day one lol love the music too. good work
I wish could move faster! hahaha But the game is amazing! Good job! hope to see more of it!
