Fun game to play, original idea and I thought the orbital mechanics were great!

This is a very creative game, requires some concentration and patience but totally rewarding once you get just the right angle. Good job!
Wow this was really cool. Lots of detailed mechanics, nice graphics and sound. Controls were sweet, I think it was well polished all around.
Have had a lot of fun playing with this, the challenge keeps building in a satisfying way and the fact that there is even a level editor is amazing! Using it, I made a kitty. Good job making such a lovely game!
Pros:
+ Low learning curve for the player (I was hooked from the start)
+ Excellent physics-based gameplay
+ Cool artwork for the planets and the level
+ Fitting background music
+ THE LEVEL EDITOR!!!!!
Cons:
- Not that much of a fan of the designs of the Gods ad Goddesses
This is a hidden gem! A well polished game and fits the theme of the game jam!
Fantastic work!
Wowza…Well crafted commercial grade game here! Although I have seen a similar concept game in the submission entry which is to orbit the planet with a moon, but this game is to shoot right inside the blackhole with a bit of orbiting, therefore better interpretation of the theme “Moonshot”. It’s sympathetically designed for beginners in the first few levels as well!! Recommended to play!
A well Implemented and challenging game. it would be nice if you could indicate the gravity wells and the boundaries of the visually in gameplay. I was mainly using fortuna's power to move things around and couldn't see how far I could move things.
Overall great Game! Having a level editor is great feature.
Great to see so much level of polish in a gamejam entry, nice! The difficulty level rises nicely, the graphics are nice and the music albeit repetitive fits well. Having a level editor is a top level feature also. Good job! Glad to see lots of Godot games in this jam!
One of the best mechanic in the whole game jam (but maybe I'm a bit impartial since I implemented something similar)! :-D
I really liked the graphics and audio as well.
Wow, this game is addicting. I ended up playing this quite a bit longer than I expected. I'm really impressed with the number of levels. I noticed you save persistent data as well so that I can continue later - something that not many game jam games do (mine included).
If you like platformers, please check out our game - Lumi and the Dark Night.
A well implemented game in such a short time. And so many levels!
I really liked your game. The later levels got very hard. :D
Level XV ... is that a ... oh ... rocket?! :D
That level editor is nice.
Nice game, really interesting concept!
Only the graphics could need a bit more love and the background music is too repetitive.
Wow, never thought that throwing the Moon into black holes would be so much fun! I haven't finished the game yet but might come back to it - there's even a level editor‽ Great level of polish for a jam entry.
The level design is really neat and of course the planet orbits + twists + golf mechanics are a great concept and a well-executed one. The Roman Gods as a setting is a nice touch, and I have yet to explore the powers of Jupiter and Mars :)
I'm looking forward to diving into the source to see how you implemented this nice physics-based gameplay :)
Thanks a lot for the nice feedback! Great to hear you had a good time with the game.
Just as a heads up: the code code is a bit messy in some places 🙈
We managed to make the whole physics with Godots Area2D's Gravity Point feature. This worked suprisingly well. But if we had to do it again I think we would go for a custom implementation of the gravity (just for more flexibility).
Golf gameplay is always good fun and the funny greek gods theme works surprisingly well with that! I would have loved to see more of that theme used
Solid sound design too
I really like the failure sound + effect. Really sure make you feel like you 'effed up!
