Omg I love this game. The mushrooms really made me feel so transcendent it was insane. Seems super well thought out. Love the scenery. Overall 10/10 pal! It really scratches that perfect optimization part of my brain.

- There's potential in both the 90s multimedia vibe along with the main gimmick. Actually chasing after the little dude mid-fight is something I haven't seen other boomer shooters explore and I can see having a lot of cool potential.
- Premise and humour was really fun. Gunplay got a bit repetitive.

The song reminds me of a pixies song, love the low fidelity feel to it. Feels like I'm in a dank basement - themed very well between both worlds, with a cool shader. I liked the gameplay when I got the hang of it, took me forever to realize that it was a gun with a mushroom coming out of it lol.
I had some issues with the little guy at times, he would run into the pillars or into the exit and couldnt be retrieved. I also know your world colour is a bright purple :). Very minor things.
great vibe, many "truffles" were consumed.

Break the NormalI loved the aesthetic so much, the visual art and the music gave me so cool vibes, it made me want to try to make something in a similar style, I liked it so much. The gameplay is so cool too, I like the "switching between realities" mechanic (even tho took me a little bit of time to get it), the store and the enemy waves based gameplay make a really nice game loop IMO.
I had a bit of trouble with the mouse lock, I have 2 screens and the mouse was unlocked going all the time to my second screen so it made it a little bit uncomfortable to play at times.
However, I gonna have this game saved on my "favorite game jam games list", and have this aesthetic in mind as a reference for future stuff I'd like to make :)

EyeKiller de Panawow this game is oozing with charm!!! i really like the art a lot! the 2d sprites all look really nice and the 3d environment textures are so cool too when you're switching back and forth! im a really big fan of the look of the UI too with the mushroom theming, very nice stuff!
dude, the voice acting is so fun and adds so much character to the game! hearing the shopkeep comment whenever you try to interact with something in the shop brings me life and then hearing what i assume is the main character react or make a sassy comment always leaves a smile on my face, super fun and campy i love it! and the music too really adds to this psychadelic vibe thats going on in this world, its so nice! the sfx also gives really good feedback for whatever you're doing, very nice!
the game is really fun too! the act of always trying to be on the move to not only avoid the enemies that you're currently facing but also dodge the enemies that are in the other dimension, very cool stuff! and the desperate chase to switch dimensions by seeking out and eating the baby mushroom adds a really nice tension to fights, especially the big one (or ones? i got owned and died by that big mushroom because i got careless xd).
overall, this was a really cool game and world that you made, i enjoyed it a lot! great stuff!

POST HASTEA great game! The original art in this game really brings it together for me. Such a creative style that works so well and shows the love and care that went into making it. Also props to the sound in this game, feels like the music and voice acting is streets ahead of many other games made for gamejams.
Great feel on this game everything fits perfectly to form such a cohesive feeling of a game. The voice acting fits perfect, a great mix of melancholy and funny, the 'I think I just ate a truffle' line makes me laugh every time. The music is so good, the visual are so good, and the gameplay is so smooth but still intense.
Heavily Recommend!!!
